Ingelectus has been selected to take part, from 13 to 24 May, in the Desafía London Programme developed by Red.es and ICEX Spain.
The aim of this programme is to promote the internationalisation of Spanish companies within the United Kingdom’s technology ecosystem. It has the operational support of Cambridge Cleantech, a UK clean-tech innovation platform at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).
During the programme, the CEOs of the ten selected companies will receive mentoring and engage with key stakeholders in the technology hubs of Cambridge, London and Oxford.
Daniel Morales, CEO of Ingelectus, welcomed “this opportunity we have been given, as being part of the Desafía London programme allows us to explore new avenues for growth and collaboration in one of the most dynamic technology ecosystems in the world.”
This project also forms part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union through the NextGenerationEU fund. Establishing strategic connections in the UK business environment and gaining insights into the advantages and requirements of internationalisation in the country encourage numerous companies to apply for the programme every year.
According to Morales, “this experience will enable us to strengthen our global presence and continue delivering innovative solutions that drive sustainable development.”
It is worth noting that Ingelectus, with its innovative approach to solutions for renewable energy and electricity distribution, has already established a presence in countries such as the United States, Canada, Mexico and Chile. The company, founded in Seville almost ten years ago, has successfully combined R&D&I projects with the development of products and consultancy services, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the sector.
