InCharta changes the paradigm of distribution network management by providing users with access to all processed information (GIS, TLG, TLM), daily updated and corrected in a single application. Yes, the Ingrid platform integrates with all the systems and tools you currently have: GIS, SCADA, remote management system, remote metering system, ATR and billing, and advanced monitoring.
How soon can I see results?
In just a few weeks. The Ingrid platform is currently integrated with the main system providers of distributors, which significantly speeds up the start-up time.
Do I have traceability for each customer, CUPS, CGP, low-voltage line, and transformer on the platform?
Yes, as it is integrated with all your systems, the digital twin of your network is updated daily, including additions and removals of supply points, as well as all modifications to your network infrastructure.
Can I detect electricity fraud with the Ingrid platform?
Yes, the Ingrid platform has algorithms specially designed to detect fraud. It is capable of detecting visible fraud associated with direct meter tampering, as well as invisible fraud, by locating areas of the network where there is a double connection or a direct connection to the network. The Ingrid platform is certified as a fraud detection tool by Iberdrola Distribución.
How does Ingrid calculate capacity maps?
The calculation of capacity maps is based on the detailed specifications published in Circular 1/2021 and Circular 1/2024 for the connection of generation and demand, respectively, to the distribution network.
Does the capacity calculation take my current network into account?
Yes, since the Ingrid platform is integrated with your systems, both the network model and the historical data used to generate the base case are up to date.
If I request a complicated connection, can you carry out a detailed access and connection study?
Yes, in addition to calculating capacity maps, we have a specialized team dedicated to conducting ad-hoc connection studies.
How can I know if the digital twin information is up to date?
Every day, the InConnect application runs to collect, process, and update all new information from your distributor to update the model. Any errors that have been identified will be recorded and made available in InAlarms so that you can correct them.
Can I find out about problem areas in my network in terms of supply quality or congestion?
Yes, the InMonitoring tool displays a Status Estimator that monitors the operating status of the entire medium and low voltage network on a daily basis.
Has the platform and its algorithm been validated in the field?
Yes, Ingrid platform customers have validated the results of the different modules in the field, and we are also certified suppliers to electricity companies such as Iberdrola Distribución.
Do I need to install new hardware on my network?
You don’t need new hardware; the Ingrid platform can be deployed on Ingelectus servers or in the cloud.
Is the Ingrid platform a secure tool?
Yes, we are certified to ISO 27001, an international standard that establishes the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
